On the particular occasion that I made this shake, I had just come back from a run after work and was ravenous. I wasn’t particularly sure how to make this shake but had a vague idea. So I threw the ingredients together and it bypassed my expectations! It was delicious!
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbps Organic peanut butter (no added sugar)
- 25g Chocolate flavoured protein powder
- 2 cups Almond milk
- Break the bananas into thirds and add to a beaker
- Add the peanut butter
- Add the protein powder
- Pour the almond milk in the beaker and blitz with a hand blender
Instant belly filler!
