Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipe

On the particular occasion that I made this shake, I had just come back from a run after work and was ravenous. I wasn’t particularly sure how to make this shake but had a vague idea. So I threw the ingredients together and it bypassed my expectations! It was delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tbps Organic peanut butter (no added sugar)
  • 25g Chocolate flavoured protein powder
  • 2 cups Almond milk

 

Method:

  • Break the bananas into thirds and add to a beaker
  • Add the peanut butter
  • Add the protein powder
  • Pour the almond milk in the beaker and blitz with a hand blender

 

Instant belly filler!
